Michael Jackson’s “This Is It” was set to be one of the biggest, baddest productions in the history of pop music. With state of the art technology, the very best crew and dancers, live band and Michael Jackson’s vision and direction, the tour was set to raise the bar for what we consider an extraordinary live act. Tragically, Michael died just before dress rehearsals began for the “This Is It” monstrosity, but luckily for fans around the world, footage of the King of Pop was captured during the making of the tour:
The Los Angeles premiere of “This Is It” brought out fans, friends and family to see a side of Michael Jackson that had previously been hidden from the public eye. His message that “love lives forever,” passion for music and the environment were highlighted in the two hour film.
