Jay Z to Perform at the World Series

As unusual as it is for mega stars to rap and sing at a baseball game, if Jay Z and Alicia Keys bring the same kind of energy and spirit they did to the song at this years VMA’s, it will seem more like a superbowl halftime show than anything else. We wonder is Lil Mama will awkwardly crash the stage again this time? We hope so!

Jay Z has a busy week ahead of him, he’s promoting the new video game DJ Hero which he collaborated with the late DJ AM on. He contributed 12 tracks to the game’s Renegade Edition on sale now.
Jay Z loves the Yankees so much he said he was still “ecstatic” from the Yanks Sunday night victory and that he would gladly trade in his performance for a guaranteed Game 1 win as he told the Huffington Post, “I’d rather us win than have me perform at the stadium.”
Well, we’d rather you perform at the stadium Jay Z, – thanks.
