HOW TO ENTER THE CONTEST

The “KAMP LIL WAYNE IN VANCOUVER” contest (the “Contest”) will begin on July 20, 2009 at approximately 10:00 am Pacific Time (”PT”), and end on July 24, 2009 at approximately 5:00 pm PT (the “Contest Period”).

To participate in the Contest, you may enter via the following method:

Listen to AMP RADIO KAMP each day from July 20 to July 23, 2009 between 10:00 am PT and 11:59 pm PT, and on July 24, 2009 between 10:00 am PT and 5:00 pm PT for the on-air talent to announce the cue to call. Upon hearing the cue to call, the designated number caller (as announced by the on-air talent prior to announcing the cue to call) to get through to the Station Contest Line at 877-971-HITS (4487) will win a qualifying prize, and qualify for the grand prize drawing, subject to confirmation of eligibility. At the time of their call, all designated number callers will be required to provide their first and last name, complete address, city, state, zip code, telephone number, and date of birth to confirm eligibility. The cue to call will be announced up to twenty-five (25) times during the dates and times listed above .

For those listening to the KAMP stream on the Internet, please be advised that you may be listening to a delayed stream of the radio signal, which may vary depending on your computer’s memory capacity and your dial-up connection. For that reason, we strongly recommend that you turn on your radio to KAMP to participate in this or any other call-in contest to be sure you are participating in “real time.” KAMP assumes no responsibility for contestants not making timely phone calls to the station as a result of the delays in the Internet stream.

KAMP is not responsible for telephone service outages, delays, busy signals, equipment malfunctions and any other technological difficulties that may prevent an individual from completing his/her telephone call.

e. There is no limit to the number of times listeners may attempt to call in to win, but listeners may only win a qualifying prize once in the Contest.

ELIGIBILITY RESTRICTIONS

The Contest is open to all persons who are 18 years of age or older and reside in the greater Los Angeles metropolitan area. Employees of KAMP (the “Station”), its licensee, and each of their corporate parents, subsidiaries, and affiliates, their advertising agencies, participating sponsors/promotional partners, other radio stations in the Los Angeles metropolitan area and the members of their immediate families and/ or households are ineligible to participate or win. Subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.

Contestants may win a prize in a contest conducted by the Station only once every thirty (30) days. Only one (1) winner per household is permitted in any Contest administered by the Station.

Winner must show valid government-issued photo identification and sign and return all required releases in order to claim prize.

Contestants must possess a valid passport as of June 20, 2009 in order to win the grand prize. If the selected grand prize winner does not have a valid passport then the potential winner forfeits the grand prize and an alternate winner will be selected in a random drawing of all remaining qualifying prize winners.

PRIZES:

a. A maximum of twenty-five (25) qualifying prizes will be awarded. Each qualifying prize includes (i) two (2) tickets to see Lil Wayne perform and (ii) one (1) CD from each of the following artists, as determined by the Station in its sole discretion: Lil’ Wayne, Soulja Boy, Drake & Jerimih. Approximate Retail Value: ARV: 15

b. One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded. The Grand Prize is a trip for two (2) people (winner and guest) to Vancouver, Canada to see Lil Wayne perform live on August 17, 2009. The trip includes the following:

- Airfare for two (2) people (winner and guest)

- Hotel accommodations for three (3) nights (one standard room)

-Two (2) tickets to see Lil Wayne perform August 17, 2009

Approximate Retail Value of the Grand Prize is $4000.00 but may vary depending on fares in effect at the time travel is booked. Grand Prize Winner will not receive difference between actual and approximate retail value. Certain travel restrictions may apply. If Grand Prize Winner cannot travel on dates specified, Grand Prize Winner forfeits prize and an alternate winner may be selected, time permitting and at the sole discretion of Station, in a random drawing of all remaining qualifying prize winners . All other costs not specifically stated herein, including, but not limited to, taxes, meals, tips and ground transportation, are the responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner. Travel companion of Grand Prize Winner must also be at least 18 years old or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Grand Prize Winner and travel companion must travel on the same itinerary and are responsible for obtaining all required travel documents, including valid passport. Grand Prize Winner may be required to present a valid credit card upon hotel check in to cover any incidental expenses incurred during their stay. Grand Prize Winner and travel companion are responsible for obtaining travel insurance (and all other forms of insurance) where applicable, at their option, and hereby acknowledge that the Station has not and will not obtain or provide travel insurance or any other form of insurance. Grand Prize Winner and travel companion must sign a Publicity, Liability Waiver and Travel Release form prior to traveling. If a selected event is unable to take place as scheduled, for reasons such as cancellation, preemption, postponement or unavailability, or for any reason beyond the control of the Station, the Station’s sole responsibility to the Grand Prize Winner will be to award the remaining available portion of the prize and no substitution will be provided for unawarded portion of prize. Tickets are subject to terms and conditions as specified by issuer. Seat locations to be determined by the record label. Record label reserves the right to remove or to deny entry to Grand Prize Winner and/or guest if he/she engages in a disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at the event.

c. All prizes or prize certificates may be picked up at the office of the Station at the address below. The winner will forfeit any prize not claimed within ten (10) days of winning. In the event that a prize or prize certificate is mailed to the winner, it will be with the prior written consent of the winner and therefore, winner assumes the risk of its loss. The Station is not responsible for the safe arrival of a prize or prize certificate.

d.There is no substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent for prizes, except that Station may, at its sole discretion, substitute prizes of comparable value or cash due to prize unavailability or where required by law. The prizes are expressly limited to the item(s) listed above and do not include taxes, gratuities or any other expenses. Other restrictions may apply.

SELECTION OF WINNERS

a. Decisions of Station management with respect to the Contest are final.

b. A maximum of twenty-five (25) qualifying prize winners will be selected as described in Section 1b of these official Contest rules.

c. One (1) Grand Prize Winner will be chosen at approximately 5:00 pm PT on July 24, 2009 in a random drawing off all qualifying prize winners .

d. Odds of winning a qualifying prize depend on the number and order of calls received. Odds of winning the Grand Prize are 1:25.

e. Qualifiers need to listen but do not have to be present to win. Grand Prize Winner need not listen nor be present to win the grand prize .

f. Grand Prize Winner will be notified by telephone on July 25, 2009. If winner cannot be reached by 5:00pm PT, then potentional Grand Prize winner forfeits prize and an alternate Grand Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing from all remaining eligible qualifiers.

g. All winners of prizes must execute and return any required Affidavit of Eligibility and/or Release of Liability Prize Acceptance Form within ten (10) days [SEE COMMENT IN SECTION 3.C.] of winning or prize will be forfeited.

h. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to sign and return the required affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release within the required time period, or if a prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, potential winner forfeits prize.

CONDITIONS

Payments of all federal, state and local taxes are solely the responsibility of the winners. Winners will be required to complete and submit an IRS Form W-9 with the winner’s full Social Security Number or the equivalent for receipt of any prize valued at $600 or more or for any prizes awarded by the Station in a calendar year with an aggregate value of $600 or more. Failure to submit a complete W-9 or equivalent will result in forfeiture of the prize.

By participating in the Contest, the winner or winners agree to have their name, voice, or likeness used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to this Contest without additional financial or other compensation, and, where legal, to sign a publicity release confirming such consent prior to acceptance of the prize.

Prior to awarding any prize or prize certificate, the Station in its sole discretion may require Contest winners (and their travel companions, if any) to sign a liability release, agreeing to hold the Station, its corporate licensee, its parent, subsidiary and affiliated corporations, and the officers, shareholders, directors, employees, agents and representatives of each of them harmless against any and all claims or liability arising directly or indirectly from the prize or participation in the Contest.

The Station reserves the right to make changes in the rules of the Contest, including the substitution of a prize of equivalent value, which will become effective upon announcement. If due to circumstances beyond the control of the Station, any competition or prize-related event is delayed, rescheduled, postponed or cancelled, the Station reserves the right, but not the obligation, to cancel or modify the Contest and shall not be required to award a substitute prize.

Failure to comply with the Contest rules may result in a contestant’s disqualification solely at the discretion of the Station.

The Station is not responsible for typographical or other errors in the printing, the offering or the administration of the Contest, or in the announcement of a prize.
